Veiled Dreams is a hybrid =

Satin veil “white Aura’ x Dreaming Green ‘Tall Friend’.


Paphiopediulm  lack pseudobulbs, they prefer a moisture-retaining epiphytic compost and medium light levels.


Hybrid: Plant came from Lehua orchids in Hawaii

HEIGHT X SPREAD: small PLANT TYPE: Orchid -Evergreen Hybrid GROWTH RATE: slow TEXTURE: fine LIGHT: filtered light, low to medium. Intermediate to warm temperature. WATER: moist well, drained, do not allow to dry completely. high humidity 60-70 % SOIL: potted in medium orchiata mix.
As observed in Coastal NC. BLOOMS: variations in colors between seedling, will have to wait until it acuatlly flowers. Expect a large tall bloom. FRUIT AND SEED: N/A, propagate by division. KEY FEATURES: Hybrid. Solid green leaves, long and narrow.
A year cycle in the life of ...... at Mooring Hitch Plant purchased in 4” inch square pot with Orchiata mix. Keep in shade and moist at all times. Use weak strength fertilizer, less than other orchid varieties. Placed water plate during summer heat , all L.slippers like it. Jan. 2016: doing well. -Feb. 2017:(1) Pk. sq. 4”
