A slow-growing evergreen conifer with a narrow pyramidal form. Needles are a soft cream-yellow. Prefers sun/partial shade in well-drained soil.
6' tall x 2.5' wide in 10 years.
I discover Umbrella pines about 3 yrs. ago and I like them. Bob keeps asking if it is dying because the needles are yellow, which is by design. Hope the contrast among the other colors of conifers makes it shine.
