Tarragon Sauce

TARRAGON SAUCE:
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon crushed dry tarragon leaves
salt & black pepper to taste
In a small bowl wisk ingredients. Serve with savory pastries.
Save remaining sauce in a dressing bottle for later use. No need for refrigeration.
NOTE: Sauce is sweet and tangy.
