Makes 12 mini cups

Tips: Try dark chocolate or a different shape using plastic mold.

6 ounces chocolate, semi-sweet or dark
1/2 cup peanut butter "Reese's peanut brand"
1/3 cup powdered sugar
12 small paper muffin cups
1. Cut tops of paper muffin cups if to tall to match " Reese's" Peanut butter cups size.
2. Place chocolate in pieces in a bowl. Place bowl on top of warm water until chocolate melts.
3. Spread a thin layer of chocolate on each muffin cup. Refrigerate until chocolate cups set.
4. Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Heat in microwave oven for about 1 minute until soft spreading consistency. Refrigerate for few minutes until you melt the remaining of the chocolate.
5. Spread a layer of melted chocolate to cover filling. Refrigerate until set.
NOTE: Make 12 cups.
