  Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

2  ounces  unsweetened chocolate

2  tablespoons  butter

2  cups  powdered sugar

3  tablespoons  hot water

1. Heat chocolate and butter in 2-quart saucepan over low heat until melted, remove from heat.

2. Stir in powdered sugar and water until smooth. If frosting is too thick, add more water. If frosting is too thin, add more powdered sugar.

 

Use frosting to top cookies or  brownies.

NOTE: Frosts about 3 dozen cookies or 24 brownies.
