  Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

Preparation

12  ounces  evaporated milk  (1 can )

4   ounces  butter  (1 stick)

4   cups  sugar

1/2  pound  marshmallows  (32 large ones cut up)

14  ounces  Hershey's sweet chocolate bars

2   ounces   baking chocolate

12  ounces   chocolate chips  (1 package )

2  tablespoons  vanilla extract

2  cups  pecans, chopped

1. In large pot, mix evaporated milk, butter and sugar. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 7 minutes.

2. After boiling for 7 minutes add, marshmallows and stir until dissolved completely.

3. Add the chocolates and stir or beat until melted.

4. Add 2 cups chopped nuts (optional) and vanilla extract.

5. Pour into buttered 9" x 13"  pan.  Let cool and set over night before cutting.

NOTES : 1) Fudge will keep fresher if not sliced until needed. Cover with air tight.

2) Fudge may be frozen whole or in large piece for later use.

 Makes 5 pounds. About 50 pieces 1.5x2 inches each
