Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
3 whole eggs
1 can "Solo" Almond filling (see note 1)
2 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one by one mixing thoroughly. Add " SOLO" Almond filling, mix well. Stir powders together. Add to cream mixture alternately with milk.
3. Pour into greased and floured pan (tube type).
4. Bake at 350F degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and remove from pan. Drizzle glaze over cake, optional.
NOTES : 1) May use "Solo" Almond paste (8 oz. can) instead. If so then add 1 more egg and about 4 tablespoons of milk.
GLAZE: optional

2 tablespoons cream
