Spicy Breadsticks

1 recipe basic pizza dough for three crusts, see note 1
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon freshly grated Romano cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1. Prepare basic pizza dough and allow to rise about 20 minutes. Punch down, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 48 hours.
2. About 30 minutes before baking time, heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 cookie sheets.
3. Press or roll dough into rectangle, 24 x 12 inches. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle evenly over dough. Gently press herb mixture into dough.
4. Cut dough into 24 strips, 12 x 1 inch; place strips 1/2 inch apart on cookie sheets. Bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
