    Spinach Dip

Ingredients

Preparation

10 ounces frozen spinach -- thawed and drained

2 cups  sour cream

1 cup  mayonnaise

1 package  "Knorr" vegetable soup, dry

8 ounces  water chestnuts slices (1 can), cut small

    

1 large  round bread, optional  (see note 1)

6 small  hard rolls

1. Mix all ingredients, preferably 24 hrs. ahead and refrigerate.

 

2. If to be served in a bread bowl. Slice top off round bread.  Hollow round bread.

Slice the top and the 6 small  hard rolls into pieces for dipping.

 

3. Just before serving, place dip in hollow round bread. Arrange bread pieces around bowl.
