         etc.

Ingredients

6  whole  conchs ground, see note 1

2  medium onions, chopped fine

2  stalks  celery, chopped fine

1  small  sweet pepper, liquified in blender

1  cup tomato paste

2  tablespoons thyme

1  tablespoon  Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2  teaspoons  baking powder

2  to 3 cups   Flour to blend

    salt and pepper to taste

    vegetable oil to fry

1. Mix all ingredients until well blend using enough flour to form a stiff dough.

2. Roll pieces of dough into 1 1/2-inch balls.

3. Deep fry in hot oil. 

4. Serve hot

NOTE (1): May substitute conchs for clams, crab meat or other sea food.
