Blooms are with with narrow petals and septals and a long ruffled lip on pale purple-blue tone.

A year cycle in the life of ...... at Mooring Hitch

Plantsarrived from Hawaii in  3” & 2.5” clay pots with moss.
 1.5 to 2 yrs. from blooming size.
Jan. 2016:(1) 3” / tall clay pot, (1) 2” clay pot. Both in moss doing very well.
One of two plants in bloom, second has spike. (April 4, 2016)
Oct.- Dec. 2016: 3 plants mounted in (1) wood piece hanging.
Feb. 2017: (1/3) Wood mount/ long vessel.
June 2019: Moved all 3 plants to cork tube/ sm-med. Plants in wood vessel looked very unhappy. I hope they will all recover, a week later, already one is growing new roots.
January 2020: (2 plants dead), one should life. Removed and place in clay pot with ceramic beads to increase chance of surviving.
April 2020: Plant DEAD. No plants left.
