White phalaenopsis infused with color dye “Blue”. Flowers are blue with darker blue veins. The leaves have also absorbved some of the blue dye. All coloring will eventually fade. New bloom stems will produce white flowers.

WATER: moist but well  drained,

As observed in Coastal NC.

BLOOMS:  3.5 inches diameter, 3 to 5 flowers per stem. Original bloom color: white. As received the stem has been infused with blue dye. Not fragrant. Spring/ May

Received as a single arrangement in bloom with a blue “color fused” into the flower stem. The next round of blooms will be white.
Jan. 2015: (1) 4” aircone pot with orchiata mix. Doing well, with spike.
Jan.2016: Plant added to ceramic rectangular/ large/brown along with 3 other Phals. #698. All white blooms.All with spikes.
