A year cycle in the life of ...... at Mooring Hitch

Obtained in 4” plastic pot with S. moss, plant exceeding pot size and very top heavy. Will re-pot soon.
Placed in 8” wooden basket with Orchiata mix.
Plant has to spikes about 2 ft. lond with multiple branches, loaded with flowers. August 2013
January 2014: (1) 8” wood basket. Water more often than once/wk until it develops more roots, or place closer to humidifier. Pseudobulbs are shrinking perhaps for lack of moisture.
Jan. 2016: not found. i.e. dead. Now I know this type prefers a aircone pot and water when medium is almost dry.
