Blc. = Brassolaeliocattleya sometimes refer also as Rhyncholaeliocattleya. Hybrid.

This type of hybrid will most likely adapt to the same care of Cattleyas.


Hybrid: T-4654

As observed in Coastal NC.

BLOOMS:Glowing large red.  Fragrant blooms with nice substance.

FRUIT  AND  SEED: N/A, propagate by  division.


KEY FEATURES:single arrow shape leaf on pseudobulb.
A year cycle in the life of ...... at Mooring Hitch

One plant received in 2 1/2” plastic pot with bark.
-Mounted wood trellis B, (4X,3Y) left of cross point (Dec. 31, 2012). 3/25/13 removed from W. trellis and place in 2”plastic pot with Orchiata.

-Second plant Feb. 2013: received in 2.5” plastic pot with bark. Unchanged
-January 2014:(1) 4” clay pot, (1)4” plastic pot. A total of (2) plants.
-Jan. 2015: (1) 4” clay, (1) 4” aircone pot with orchiata mix.
-April 2015: moved 4” aircone plant to 6” wooden basket. 
-Nov. 2015: 6” Woodbasket plant dead, remaining (1) 4” clay pot.
Jan. 2016: (1)4” clay pot doing well.
-Feb. 2017: Not found
