This lovely species, found in Brazil produces three to five flowered racemes from March to November. Many color forms have been reported varying from white with red veining on the lip to light pink with deep purple on the lip.

They grow well in well drained hanging baskets, slabs or clay pots. Provide cool temperatures with bright light and ventilation year round.

Plant received in 2” pot. Re pot in 4” plastic pot with Orchid bark mix.
Keep in medium shade and average moist.
August 1, 2012, mounted in cork slab with moss backing. Hang in trellis C
Jan. 8, 2014: (2) 4” clay pots and (1) 3” clay pot. A total of 3 plants. Pot purchased most have come with mutlipe seedlings.
-Jan. 2015:(1) 4” wooden basket with two plants in it.
