A year cycle in the life of ...... at Mooring Hitch
This plant, along with 24 others where given to me by my neighbor, the previous owners “The Cochran’s” which I never met moved out of town and no longer could care for them. About half of the Collection still had plant name/description and sometimes nursery of origin. Very helpful information to guide me into their care.
So my education begins.....

Plant is overflowing the 4” pot with a thick layer of roots adhered to the pot. Leaves are green with a reddish touch, thick and healthy looking. Will transfer to a wooden basket.(april 2011)
Attached to wood trellis D , it’s developing my first bloom (april 22, 2012).
Bloom damaged before opening.
Jan 2014. (1) in 4” pot.
Jan. 2015: moved to 6” wooden basket. Doing well. (feb. 2017)
Oct. 2017:Two spikes, one with 3 blooms.
