The complete name of this conifer is Abies pinsapo var. marocana 'Marokko'. It is a miniature size tree formerly know as Witches Broom # 3’.


This is my second Spanish fir in the yard, I like the color of their needles and shape of the branches.

As observed in Coastal NC. BLOOMS: N/A FRUIT AND SEED: pinecones, not yet observed. KEY FEATURES: miniature tree with very nice tight needles around straight branches forming cylinders.
A year cycle in the life of ...... at Mooring Hitch This tree is new to the yard. Grafted, it is only few inches tall. I applied Mycorrhizal fungi (MycoGrow Hydro) to the soil around the roots at the time of planting. Lost during flood 2011 http://www.fungi.comshapeimage_4_link_0
