A CT Nursery. For special items or orders contact: graftforyou@AOL.com

I like Japanese Umbrella Pines. Bethlehem Nursery in CT has a group of people that provide rare and hard to find Dwarf Conifers.

Because I’m running out of room for large trees, I decided to try some.

From 6 specimens I ordered, 4 survived, THIS ONE is NOT one of them. Planted to late into the hot weather season.

A year cycle in the life of ...... at Mooring Hitch

This tree is new to the yard.
I applied Mycorrhizal fungi (MycoGrow Hydro) to the soil around the roots at the time of planting.

This plant die shortly after it arrived, probably from over-water or planting to late in season. Plant was delivered from a nursery in CT , the difference in climate made it to late for safe planting in this area, already to hot. May try again planting at fall, perhaps a different cultivar.
