PLANT TYPE: deciduous, dormant in winter.

GROWTH RATE: slow

TEXTURE: medium - coarse

LIGHT: Full sun to part shade

WATER: moist, to dry. Tolerates drought

SOIL: tolerates many types
As observed in Coastal NC.

BLOOMS:Peach color with a red center and strong yellow throat 

FRUIT  AND  SEED: seeds do not produce the same variety. Propagate by division of roots.

KEY FEATURES: Not a tall plant so far.
Similar to plant #5 which does not have a identity name.
A year cycle in the life of ...... at Mooring Hitch

    Plants were distributed as follows of which some are this variety:
20 plants in each bed: #2, #3, #6, #11, #12, #13
June 19, 2013, so far only one plant out of the 100 of this type. Location: Bed #3 at the east corner under mimosa tree.

After Hurricane flood august 2011, many trees and plants die, leaving many empty spaces in the flower beds. Since daylilies have always done well here, I set myself to fill the holes on the beds with daylilies.

I added 100+ (about 125) new plants of 5 varieties mix, unidentify. With the bunch, the company offer ONE free plant with a label. This one of the 5 unidentify varieties. I will have to wait until next summer to see the bloom and determine where they are located.
