Land sits an average of 3 feet above sea level.


Raised beds (2-3 feet): They drain faster after flooding, they require more water during the summer months. Give and take solution it has work for us.


Yard is divided in 3 sections all facing Broad Creek bank: West yard, East yard and the Orchard. Home sits between West & East yard, the Orchard to the far East.


       West yard (W): Full sun, lowest ground.

      East yard  (E) : Partly shaded, morning sun.

         Orchard (O):  Full sun, partial afternoon shade, highest ground.
